Today’s Dream: A Day Off

With this crazy world we live in it is hard to take a moment and relax, see the trees, or enjoy the relationships in our lives. I personally try to make these moments happen as often as possible because other wise I feel as though I might lose my mind!

So my question to you is this: how do you make the noise stop? Do you veg out in front of your favorite TV show? Do you do your devotions? Do you read a book? Do you have dinner with your best friends? Do you shop?

I personally like to do all of that! No, not all in one day, but I do enjoy these things that give me some peace of mind and something to look forward to at the end of an eight day stretch work week. It’s time to stop and “smell the roses” especially heading into the holiday season. Be present in each moment and enjoy the people around you!
