Hairspray Part 2
Today's Dream: Part 2 of 2 Hair Tutorials!
Here we go! Part two features Milk Braids and a Twist Half Up created again by my adorably creative friend Kaylee! Each step is documented to make this as easy as possible for you to try. I personally recomend these two looks for all holiday parties (I know it's early, but one must plan ahead)! A special thank you to Kaylee for working with me on these fabulous looks and Anna for shooting them!
Best of luck to those of you who give it a try!

Milk Braids
Section 1
Step 1:
Create 3 partings in your hair, beginning at the nape of the neck to part line on each side.
Step 2:
Begin an inside out fishtail braid. Pull out pieces to create messiness and texture. Secure with elastic.
Section 2
Step 1:
Begin at the nape of the neck in section 2 and create a french braid. Widen the braid by pulling apart and loosening the braid.
Step 2:
Secure sections 1 & 2 across the top of the head (like you would wear a head band).
Section 3
Step 1:
Pull this section (the biggest section of hair) to one side and begin a 3-strand braid. Secure with elastic and pull at the braided strands and drape across the other braids. Secure with bobby pins.
Step 2:
Finish with firm hold hairspray.
Twist Half Up
Step 1:
Gather a small section of hair to create a half-up half-down and secure with elastic.
Step 2:
Taking a smaller piece of hair, wrap around the elastic and secure with bobby pin.
Step 3:
Around 1 inch from previous elastic, tie another band onto the ponytail.
Step 4:
Separate the section and pull ponytail through.
Step 5:
Pull out the twist to create fullness.
Step 6:
Continue this pattern down the length of the ponytail and secure with elastic to finish.
